New faces at Source Technology
We’ve got a couple of new faces here at Source Technology, and we thought it only appropriate to introduce them to you!
James Mackie – Regional Director
James joins us after an eight-year stint at NTT as a Sales Director and is based out of our Sydney office. James has taken the leap to join Source Technology knowing that “we’re in the right place, at the right time to take advantage of current market conditions”.
James is responsible for building out our presence in New South Wales and Queensland, and brings a wealth of experience from the IT industry.
James also joins the increasing kiwi contingent that is growing within the Source Technology family. Outside of work (and lockdowns) you’ll find James spending time with his two young daughters, keeping fit, or having an early morning surf out a Maroubra beach.

Russell Wagenaar – Customer Success Manager
Russell joins us with great experience as Service Delivery Manager at Ethan Group, and previously Geomatic Technologies.
Russell is excited to join the Source Technology team because, in his own words, “Source Technology’s have a well-established reputation and strong track record in the IT industry. Source Technology are simply great at what they do and do it very well!”
Russell is always focused on other people, whether that be putting himself in his customer shoes or encouraging his children to get out and enjoy what the outdoors has to offer. Living close to the beach, you’ll find him and his family there all year round.
